Step-by-Step Application Instructions

1. Preparation: Ensure the wood is thoroughly clean, dry, sanded (in the direction of the grain), and completely free of dust and grease. Remove any old coatings. Test the product on a hidden spot first.
   
   
2. First Coat: Apply Royal Natural Wood Sealer undiluted and evenly using a brush, roller, or clean cloth. Work in the direction of the wood grain and immediately wipe away any excess product.
   
   
3. Drying: Let the first layer dry for about 3 hours.
   
   
4. Intermediate Sanding: If the wood fibers feel slightly raised, lightly sand the surface with fine sandpaper (grit P240 to P360). Remove all sanding dust completely.
   
   
5. Second Coat: Apply a second thin, even layer. (New wood requires a minimum of two coats for proper base protection). Let it cure thoroughly before heavy use.
